With over 20 years in the Title and Escrow Industry at the executive level, I’ve consulted for buyers, sellers and investors. I am PASSIONATE about Palo Alto real estate and the buying and selling process.

I’ve helped buy and sell everything from high end peninsula and beach front properties, to historic properties featured on TV shows such as Bay Area Backroads, to country homes and ranch properties.

I also have extensive experience in how to use real estate as an investment tool and assisted in complex IRS 1031 and reverse exchanges.
